Live 7 hours away. Did a virtual appointment to view a car. (Friday) Nice chat. Verbally communicated interested in viewing the car. Dealer agreed to let me know if the car sold. Weekend passes. (Saturday/Sunday) Car sells. (Monday) No word. Several days. No word. (Wednesday) Review Posted. (Wednesday) Glad I was religiously checking the site. Otherwise, would've wasted a solid weekend. Not sure if they thought I wasn't serious, or a genuine buyer because I'm younger. Seriously unprofessional. EDIT Direct response verbatim: "Hello Sam. We saw your review on Google. The vehicle SOLD on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, he came to buy. We do apologize for not communicating this with as soon as we sold the vehicle. I do not see how this is unprofessional in our part" Whether this response is riddled with typos or not. This was the (immediate within the hour) response.
