Bought a 2011 Camaro from LA Auto Star in Oct. They have great customer service. Johann the sales rep.was very professional and went and made sure things went smoothly. Was very impressed with their selection. The owners were great as well making sure my needs were meant. Would recommend!
I was in the market for something new (newer) and a Dodge Charger was top on my list. I found this 2014 at LA Auto Star through Car Gurus web site on my first search. The test drive was great! I stopped by and Johann handed me the keys and I was off. Vitali looked at my trade-in and made a generous offer. Another advantage was that other dealers have a 7-8 hundred dollar processing fee, not so at LA Auto Star. I took delivery on my low mileage Dodge Charger on 10-23. Thanks to LA Auto Star for putting a huge smile on my face.
Best car buying experience ever! No high pressure tactics or game-playing. They sincerely seemed to be more concerned with me getting the car that was right for me than with what would make them the most profit. They were very flexible with finding me the best financing that would work, too.
Both me an my wife have purchased vehicles from LA Auto Star. They new what we were looking for, and put us in great vehicles. Recommend them to anyone looking for a specific vehicle.
At first, my experience with them was great. They were friendly and made the process go smoothly and fast. Not even 24 hours later after leaving the lot I started having issues with the car. Of course we immediately brought the car back the following day and they were quick to fix the issues with no charge. Which sat really well with my fiancé and me. Of course after the warranty ended, problems kept occurring. Some went back to what was originally wrong with the car that they said they fixed. From the car shutting off while driving, electrical issues, 2 open recalls (1 from several years ago that I was not made aware of)that the dealership didn’t have fixed (which was free at the Mazda dealership to fix), my front right tire snapping off (all my tiers were missing bolts/nuts so over time the weight caused it to snap),even though it was advertised with “premium tires” had to have them replaced because of there not being enough thread on them to pass inspection (yet they boosted up the price because of the tire),after having them replaced a mechanic made us aware that my Tire pressure monitors were taken out by someone and had rubber plugs put in the spots instead (Also was not made aware of this by the dealership but was advertised) they told me the tire pressure monitor light was on because they needed more air, and much more. Now these issues do arise with used cars, but considering they sold us the car for over 2k over its value and tampered with the car and took out the parts, I’m very unhappy. Now I’ll give them a 3 just Incase they really didn’t know about the issues, but still. If you’re marking up the car because it has special things and in great condition then it should be accurate.
